Refund policy

We’re proud of our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your SAKUTO purchase, you can return it for free for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Send us an email at with your order number and we’ll be happy to set you up with a return.

While the above policies do apply, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at and we will do everything we can to satisfy your request.

Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Once an order is placed, you have a 3-hour window during which you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. See the section "Cancel My Order" on our Customer Service page for more details on our order cancellation process.

If you are within the 3-hour cancellation window and want to cancel your order, follow these steps:

Check your email inbox for an order confirmation email from us
In this email, you will find a link to your order status page
On this order status page, you will find a button to cancel your order. This button will only appear 10 minutes after your order is placed.
If 3 hours have passed from the time your order was placed, your order details have already been sent automatically to our fulfillment center for processing and shipping. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel your order.
